How soon will I receive my order?

We typically take 7 days to produce your product, we know customers want orders as soon as possible. We aim to balance quality with fast service. If you need your order expedited, we can certainly do our best to accommodate. Please contact us via email with your need by dates.  

What do you charge for shipping?

We strive to ship products at the most cost effective means. Candles are heavier and being made of glass we need to pack securely. We have tested many options and the best shipping solution is USPS Priority mail. It is more expensive than standard mail but delivery times are within 3 days or less and delivery is tracked.

1 Candle typically ships for $9.99 and each additional items has a smaller incremental charge. For Large orders (10+) please contact us for the best shipping cost.

How do I order a personalized design?

You can leave personalization details during the check-out process. Enter details in the notes to seller. The product listing details contain information on what is required customization.

What is an “Add Message to Back Option”

As most candles and cups are purchased as gifts it is a very popular request to have an optional message on the back of the candle. The primary message will still display on the front as it is pictured. Typical Add message to back would be a from note.

How do I know the personalization will be correct?

In most cases we will send a preview to confirm everything is correct. We know not everyone checks email but we do our best. If we receive no response we will ship the product, ensuring we match the exact personalization as it was requested.

What happens if I am not happy with my product?

We strive to provide the best service and sell a unique product that is produced with the highest quality materials. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us and we will ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. We offer a money back guarantee.

Where are your products manufactured?

We operate in a studio in Driftwood, TX. Every candle is made by the owner Nikki and a crew of local stay at home moms that work part-time to make, clean, label, pack and check our beautiful fantastic candles. We buy materials from various US based suppliers.
