My FAVORITE bed side companion! I initially made this for myself after seeing similar products being raved about *all* over the internet. I've struggled with falling asleep easily for years and have taken melatonin on and off. But wanting to wean off melatonin, I've found that this magnesium spray is just the thing I needed to finally relax, turn off my brain for the night, and ease myself into a wonderful night of sleep!
